Some bad moments
Love Ellen, love this app but it has been crashing constantly, always in the middle of watching a clip. I also tap on videos and they dont load, I just look at a black box
I dont like this new update! Why can we not sync with the show anymore!? Please bring this back!
No sound comes out when watching any and all of the videos . So disappointed
Ive tried several times to delete and reload the app, but it wont delete. I press on it to open the app and it is a much lighter color and it says "waiting" but nothing happens. I have an iPhone 6 and all my updates are up to date. There is a glitch in the Ellen app. It is the only one on my phone that is stuck like this. It has been for many months. Can you please check into it? I love Ellen. I miss her app very much! Thank you!
No sound on videos and videos do not play cleanly but stop and sometimes restart. Please fix. This content is awesome and literally wasted due to poor application performance.
I have tried everything I can think of but when I try to open the app it is a blank white screen. Please fix. I miss Ellen!
